Thirty years ago our family moved from Louisiana to Florida, and we brought our love of Cajun cooking with us. We wanted our new neighbors to taste the Bayou the way we grew up with it, bold, made from scratch, and full of soul. From those first family recipes, Mr. Shrimp was born, and today we still cook every dish the same way, by hand and made to order.
